NECA Training are delighted to announce that they have been awarded the Matrix Quality Standard for Information, Advice and Guidance. The accreditation is a major achievement for us and demonstrates the tremendous amount of hard work and dedication of the staff towards supporting all our learners. The Matrix Standard is a well recognised external quality mark which assesses the information, advice and guidance we provide to our customers and is valid for three years. The process involved interviewing a mix of staff, learners and partners, all of whom reaffirmed the excellence of our support. We now look forward to our continued improvement and generally making our service more robust in every way.
