Reflexology is a therapy related to feet, every part of the foot represents an organ of the body, by treating the whole foot it can have a healing effect on the whole body. Indian Head Massage can relieve stress and congestion in the head and increase mobility in the neck and shoulders.
Aromatherapy - Relaxing massage using essential oils to promote a sense of well being.

The projects in Washington, Sunderland and South Shields offer a range of treatment options including Aromatherapy massage, Reflexology and Indian head massage.
