Voted one of the top 100 small companies to work for...
The Sunday Times recently announced the results for their Best Small Companies 2005 Award, our employees have indicated that NECA is the 96 th best small company in the country to work for.
We have come a long way since the organisation commenced in 1974 with just two employees; today we number some 190 staff plus some 30 volunteers.
What did our employees say ?
A top 20 score both for putting back into the local community and for the stability of our values.
74% claim work does not interfere with home life and 68% feel their talents are being effectively used.
