Investor in People
In 2011 NECA achieved an Investor in People Gold Award.
NECA first achieved the Investor in People Standard in 1999 and have successfully retained the Award at all subsequent reviews. The 2011 assessment is the first time that NECA aimed to achieve a “beyond the standard” award.
The Investor In People Standard is:
- A framework of good practice for delivering business improvement through its people.
- A business development tool – that has a track record of improving results through ‘plan’, ‘do’ and ‘review’.
- A quality Standard and an Award – the mark of an excellent organisation.
Beyond The Standard, is part of the IIP new approach that introduces three opportunities to celebrate further achievement. This allows organisations to achieve Bronze, Silver or Gold status by meeting additional evidence requirements from across the framework
